Hardwood Floor Tech

About two weeks ago, I was online searching on Google for the best flooring company in the South Bay area. I live in Gardena, and Hardwood Floor Tech came up in my search. I gave them a call, and George helped me choose the right flooring material for my home. I can say that George is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. He is very knowledgeable about floor covering and really knows how to help you select the right flooring for your home. Most of all, he is someone you can trust. I absolutely love my new laminate floors. I highly recommend Hardwood Floor Tech to anyone looking for quality flooring work in Gardena and the South Bay area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Flooring Work – Highly Recommend! I cannot say enough great things about the incredible work done on my home. From start to finish, the professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service exceeded all expectations. He completely transformed my space by removing and demolishing the old, broken marble flooring, which was a huge and labor intensive job in itself. The care taken during demolition was impressive. Everything was done efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. The installation of the new laminate flooring came out absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is flawless, and the floors completely changed the look and feel of my home. Every cut, transition, and finishing detail was done with precision, and the final result looks high end, modern, and seamless throughout the entire house. The photos truly speak for themselves. What stood out even more was his work ethic and customer service. He worked incredibly hard, showed up when promised, communicated throughout the process, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. It is rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and treats your home as if it were his own. If you are looking for someone for flooring installation, demolition, or home improvement work, I would recommend him without hesitation. Honest, hardworking, detail oriented, and highly skilled. Truly one of the best contractor experiences I have had. 10/10. I would absolutely hire him again!

George installed laminate flooring in our home in Porter Ranch and did a great job. He was reliable, easy to communicate with, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The floors came out beautiful, and we’re really happy with how the project turned out. It’s hard to find contractors who care about the quality of their work, but George definitely does. I would gladly hire him again and recommend Hardwood Floor Tech to friends and family.

We recently had Hardwood Floor Tech replace the flooring in our dance studio in North Hollywood, and we’re very happy with the results. George came by with samples and helped us choose a 12mm laminate floor that worked well for our space. Once the old flooring and baseboards were removed, an unexpected issue came up—there was mold behind a section of wall near one of the bathrooms. George immediately let us know and helped coordinate a restoration company to take care of the problem right away. The restoration was completed quickly, and he also helped arrange painting of the affected area so everything could be finished properly. Despite the unexpected setback, the project stayed on track and the new flooring was installed beautifully. Throughout the entire process, George was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He kept us informed, handled the challenges that came up, and made sure the job was done right. The studio looks great, and we would definitely recommend Hardwood Floor Tech to anyone looking for quality flooring work.

George was very communicative, and went above and beyond. Not only did he offer a fair rate, I'm super happy with his work and I will always recommend him.

I requested a complete floor replacement in my condo in van nuys, George was amazing, fast, professional and he made sure to finish everything from demolition to installation and finalization to perfection. Thank you!

Fast and affordable, but most importantly the quality of the work and professionalism of George was unmatched.

Awesome job! Quick yet professional job. Great pricing and extreme professionalism.

George was everything we could have hoped for and more! He was extremely knowledgeable and communicative. He was able to work with our schedule and was fairly priced. The job speaks for itself, he transformed our home with beautiful new floors! We are so grateful and will definitely recommend him to all of our friends, family and neighbours!

They were experienced and knew exactly what they were dosing. He took the time to explain the process to me and answered all of my questions.

My experience with Palazzo Floors was great. The president George was there from start to finish with me. He took his time to educate me on my options to insure that I chose the right flooring that met my needs and understood the process of the installation. The job was done in the time frame that I needed and the quality of the product and the installation was great. I’m extremely happy with my flooring and the job that was performed by Palazzo Floors.

I was looking for a company to replace the carpet on the stairs by hardwood. George came to see the project and he explained all the hidden details of this and gave me his honest advices, he didn’t let me burn my money for nothing. He could take the project and make some money, but he preferred to be honest and say the truth, Thank you George, I appreciate what you did for me, hope to do other projects with you in the soon future.

Our floor looks awesome! We have changed our floor three times, George Takvoryan is by far the best installer we have ever had! Would recommend him. He is the BEST! 5-star rating!

Even though it was a small job, there were challenging parts of the project (a curved corner, prior water damage) to replace existing laminate with a new installation in an office. George worked hard and worked carefully, and the final result looks lovely. He knows his craft and I could tell that he cared how it all came out, he has pride in his work -- an important quality! He and his son are also pleasant people to be around: he did not mind answering this "construction groupie" questions, and gave clear answers. I would certainly contract with him again!

A fantastic job was done by a wonderful crew. They had the best selection and they were very easy to work with. I 100% recommend them.

The installation went very smoothly and was completed within a week for 6 rooms. Extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the George and his team. Definitely would hire them again.

They did a wonderful job and were very professional!

Excellent work, service, and attitude. Yes, I would hire again and highly recommend George and his company. They kept their commitments on schedule and finished on time and left the house very clean. Please consider George if you need new floors for your home.

brilliantly very professional

They installed hardwood floors on the stairways, hallways, two bedrooms and a living room. They were pretty amazing. Reliable, on time and very intelligent.

Great! George was great to work with and would work with him again in a heartbeat. The guys did great work. My wife keeps saying it looks even better than she imagined. We had a couple little things needing fixing. One of the team came out the next day and made it right. Can't ask for more than that! Highly recommend George and his team for quality product and quality installation, all at a good & fair price.

Great and good communication

Very neat and fast job done a really professional team! Thank you Palazzo Floors!

Outstanding!!! George and his crew went over and beyond of what we expected. They were able to match our old (3 years) floor with new same floor, without using a transition strip, not to mention the break you get from buying directly from the importer. Would not hesitate to use him again and just a great guy.

The work was completed exactly on budget and ahead of schedule. High quality workmanship and materials. George, the owner, really shows that he cares about his customers.
