Not a big job (30 sq. ft shower floor with added corner seat) however Doug made us feel like a priority. He gave a fair quote, showed up on time, and we are very happy with the quality and workmanship! (See the before and after pics). FLOOR WORK well done. BUT vendors should NOT do ANYTHING UNRELATED to the job hired for in someone's HOME WITHOUT 1ST asking OWNER! Without asking, Ray, Doug's assistant, opened the beach-facing slider while I was in another room for 2 MINUTES and THOUGH there was an EYE-LEVEL RED SIGN posted ON the slider to DETER anyone FROM opening it AND a STOPPER to stop the slider in case anyone STUPIDLY opened it ANYWAY. When I returned and saw it opened, I complained to Ray but didn't want to piss them off and not finish my floor, so I backed off. But NOW the slider won't close, much less LOCK! (PICTURED: Stopper jammed in slider). I called Doug and he pretended to not recall the situation. I said I wanted them to return and FIX it. He grudgingly said OK, but said he was working "on the far end of town". They never showed. NOR called. (Surprise!, Surprise!) NOW I have to PAY a SLIDER company to FIX what THEY DID! IGNORANT! DISRESPECTFUL! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And VERY POOR Customer Service!!!

Douglas was timely and the work was high quality. He was also competitive. I would definitely recommend him.

I had Custom Floors remove the old carpeting and replace with laminate in two bedrooms at a house I just purchased. The scheduling was very quick, they arrived on time as promised and the result was beautiful. I was very pleased with the new flooring and how quickly they were able to get it done.

They did more than I expected and did it extremely well. My floor had thick black rubber marks from a walker. I came back when they were finished, it was like new. The floor was beautiful! I am selling my condo and the quality work done by Custom Floors by Douglas Cage of Volusia should make the sale a smoother process. They were timely ,efficient, professional and effective. I will recommend them highly.

The owner was rude and was calling my house junk but he has to have his worker driving him to the jobs and trys to rush the work I had them do 1 room and got some one else do the other 2

Douglas and his crew did a great job replacing my floor after water damage ruined several rooms in my house. The whole project was completed in less than a week after our first call. The new floors came out better than they were before and they were able to match the new flooring with the existing flooring nearly perfectly. Their pricing was reasonable and I'm very satisfied with the whole experience. Would highly recommend.

Mr. Cage is very detailed in his work. He helped by twice bringing a selection of lvp to choose from. He was the lowest bid which was in no way reflected in the install or quality of the product. He cleaned up as he went and we were never left with any obstructions afterhours. He shows up when he says he will and works a full day! We absolutely love our new floors!!

Doug is a professional who says what he will do and does what he says. I highly recommend him.

Wish he would have done a lighter color of chaulk around my jacuzzi. Tub it was to dark. He did good job putting new tile around the bottom of my shower looked really great.
