John Dupras seems to be a really great Guy. Good Charisma, well Educated, explains/ Speaks of issues in Lay terms . John is very professional and point blank of his findings. John's Property Report is second to none in format and detail of all issues. I personally award John Dupras 6 on a scale of 5 . If In need of a top player Professional Home Inspector your time is wasted looking further .

My inspector Chris was absolutely phenomenal during my house inspection. Chris was early already performing my outside inspection when I pulled up to house and once inside all issues were inspected plus he also suggested some great options to do to the house all the while as assuring me our new house was in great shape but he also knew to put my mind at ease on any and all issues which were none minus usual wear and age of our house! I would recommend his company and services again not just for myself but to anyone who needs and want peace of mind !
