DDIY Repair, Remodel & Renovate

Overall the experience was good. A few spots had to be redone but they were addressed and corrected to my satisfaction. The contractors did good to protect our belongings during the process.

Walked through with their lead to quote the job and explain all the needs to cover. She took no notes but acted as she understood. The crew comes out and needs everything retold to them multiple times. Then things are still left undone or poorly completed. There was no attention to detail. Turns out I was given a lesser crew and this one needed more management and assistance. The company was hard to track down and get back to fix the many issues left behind. But then I was hounded when I hold up payment because not everything was finished. Pretty unprofessional, poor management, lack of attention to good service, and I still have places where I have tried cleaning up following them coming out. I do not recommend it. Not worth the stress

All work was completed, very happy with results of outside trim replacement. Gregg was very personable, prompt and professional, would definitely recommend him and hire again.

I had water damage to my home and I hired Summerlan to do the work, she started the work but did not complete, we still do not have a bathroom, I have made multiple calls and text, no one gets back to me, this has been going on for a while.

Ms. Summer is not a true contractor; she doesn't know the work. I didn't get the sense that she actually knew what she was doing. Inexperienced compared to work I've seen from other contractors; they're amateurs. Summer was never on the job, but Jose was doing all the work and didn't feel comfortable doing all the work that he was due to lack of experience. Job shouldn't have taken more than 10 days, but it took them 3 weeks.

THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY WOULD SAY THEY WOULD BE HERE ON CERTAIN DAYS, NOT SHOW UP, WONT ANSWER MY CALLS OR TEXT MESSEGES . SUMMER HAS 1500.00 OF MY MONEY ,WHILE MY BATHROOM IS SITTING TORN APART AND I CANT MOVE FORWARD WITH FLOORING OR ANYTHING ELSE TILL THEY COMPLETE CEILING AND WALLS. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE. UPDATE: After the lack of communincation and many setbacks they completed the job

Entire project delivered exactly what was promised

Should have done the project myself, but the deductible had already been met. Installed trim that did not match, size, or shape. Found this when they went for lunch. Covered the water access to the washer. For the window sill, installed cheap lumber instead of window stool. Tried to offer an MDF board. Claimed to not find any at Home Depot. I found the right stuff later that day. The told project should be done in one day. It is taken over three. And still waiting for window correction. Other things did not get done either, but ready to be done with them.

I would not recommend this company. The owner, Summer, will promise her crew can handle the work and they will not deliver. The work is done unsupervised by Summer. We hired Summer for a bathroom renovation and she assured us she was capable of doing it. The tile work was done very poorly and the shower door had to be installed multiple times because they kept getting the measurements wrong! And simple things like the color of the stain on the cabinets were completely messed up. She visited the site maybe twice. Very unprofessional.

This group of workers were so profesional, They bent over backwards to make my home liveable for me as they were working on it.They also cleaned up/swep every day as they worked so my alergies would not be bothered . At the end of the job, I have a beautiful home, not just a cabin that I started with. I would GREATLY suggest useing this group if u want a great experance in a fixup and exlance in workmanship

Nice people I had a communication issue about a refund that was lost in the mail. As soon as they were made aware of issue they were quick to resolve it. Would gladly do business with them again.

The workers were on time, worked quickly and communicated their breaks and what they were doing well

The time from estimate to job completion was two days! Workers were polite and efficient. Would recommend them to others needing remodeling/repair services. Summer stayed on top of things from beginning to end.

I was extremely impressed by the workmen. They arrived as promised, put down coverings to protect the carpet and the lamps etc. Finished the job in a timely fashion, cleaned up any mess that they made, finished in a very timely fashion and then pointed out what that had done and what we should expect when the paint was dried. I hole hartedly recommend this company and this crew to anyone needing drywall repaired.

I had three people bid this job for me and all of them looked at what they had to do and nothing else. Summer looked at the house and made some suggestions for additional work needed so they could do it the same day and was reasonable on pricing so I let them do the job. They showed up on time and finished same day as expected. I will use them in the future.

They took thier time and answered every question I had and answered calls too everytime. She kept me updated with everything and the price was perfect. She will be coming to do more to both my houses. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the work I have.

Summer was incredible to work with throughout the entire process of our recent home improvement. Hiring a contractor can often be a risky leap of faith, but I felt at ease from our initial meeting together and confident in her ability to get the work done as promised. Her bid was very competitive, her crew were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and did an outstanding job. It is relieving to know that anything I may need repaired or spruced up around the house, I have a reliable contact that I'm comfortable with.
