My job was done she is a very clean person and does a super job and yes I will keep using.her As long as she will come and makes you feel comfortable.

Inconsistent cleaning, it depended on who was doing the cleaning and that seemed to change every visit.

Marie and all of her staff were very professional, courteous and polite. They contacted me within a day of submitting my request, came to provide a quote within a few days thereafter... and scheduled the cleaing at my convenience. They did a great job - and I would definitely consider using them again for another "move out" or "move in" clean! THANK YOU, Marie!

Many of the things that sold me on the company were left undone. I asked my office be cleaned first and left the first hour. When I returned, the dusting had been completed but dust on floor, no vacuuming and trash in can. I asked if this would be completed and was told yes. The floors were not /cleaned but lightly mopped. The foyer had a shoe skid mark and I asked 2x if that would be cleaned and the response was yes, it would be on the way out. The kitchen was supposed to be cleaned - back splash, underneath stove, refrigerator and inside the refrigerator this was left undone. Primarily dusting and bathrooms, sadly not worth price.

I have been using this service since January . So far, so good. I did not want to respond immediately until I had a feel for how well the service would work on a visit to visit basis. Marie promised me a detailed cleaning every visit, and pretty much that is what I get! I had some questions about a few minor points that I needed responded to after the first few visits, to clear up what was and what wasn't supposed to be getting done, and Marie addressed them and got them taken care of immediately. Overall, I have been pretty happy with the work that is done. I would definitely recommend this service, in fact am doing so with my work partne

They did a good job over all. I did find fan dust on my bedspread, otherwise the house looked great.

Very professionally run business with attention to detail. I was told what to expect from the ladies assigned to clean my house, and they performed to that expectation. They were also very communicative and friendly. Denise in the office kept me well informed from the time I called for an estimate through Ms. Turner's visit to provide the estimate as well as sending a reminder email about my upcoming cleaning day. I'm very pleased.

Marie from Custom Cleaning was on time, very professional and told us everything they planned to do in cleaning our house. We were very pleased with her informative approach. We may need to update after the work actually begins but I feel sure they will do a good job. The initial cleaning was awesome. 6 hours of two people doing a great job. I am looking forward to their continuing service
