Poor communication, sloppy work, not reliable. Save yourself money, stress and a lot of headache.... look elsewhere.

A few days ago we reached the one year anniversary of our pool dig and it is still not complete. We are able to swim in it, thank goodness, and it is beautiful, but there are many items that were never completed and we were told that they did not have the money to complete the pool. One of the owners recently left the company and became owner of St. Croix pools, so beware of them also. I feel like our whole pool was a learning pool for them to try to work out contractors and kinks in the process and we got the short end of the stick. The remaining owner is a very nice guy, but I would not recommend this company.

After meeting with 4 different pool contractors. We Finally had the pleasure to meet with Mark, Leslie & Greg! Wow what a Awesome Team ‼️They listend to what we wanted and are such a dream to work with. The desing and price are just what we hoped For. We along with are neighbors, family & friends are so impressed at how efficient there whole team works together. And how they produce what your hoping you will receive. The weather hasn’t allowed them to finish the project. But from what has been accomplished so Far is very impressive. I can wait to post the completion photos. I know like us you will be impressed ????????? Sidney

I loved working with Greg and Mark. They really love what they do and want their customers to be happy with their pool. I couldn't be happier and I love my pool.

This was our first experience with building an in ground, gunite pool in our back yard. We had a certain budget and preferences of what we wanted and Mark and Greg, the owners personally guided us every step of the way to get the results that we wanted. They were patient and answered every question we had. They both know what they are doing and REALLY care about their customers and the quality of building a pool that will last for years! They want the customer happy! The weather cooperated and we were swimming in our pool within 30 days of the dig of our pool! Every team that came and did their part was of top skill in their craft, again because Mark and Greg stand behind building the best pool for your budget. If something wasn't quite right, it was noted and taken care of in a reasonable amount time. Even after our pool was completed they still are answering our questions! Mark and Greg don't put you off when you call them for something. They are real good guys to call if you need a pool.

I would rate them higher if I could, they're very focused and very reasonable and they pay attention to details.
