Custom Modular Industries, Inc. (CMI) is a modular home builder serving New York (Westchester, Putnam & Dutchess Counties) and Connecticut (Fairfield, Litchfield & Hartford Counties). CMI is a full service HOME design and building company. We have been specializing in modular building systems for residential and commercial use for the past twelve years, while being involved in real estate development for the past twenty-five years. CMI will assist you in the design of your home, to help you create the home YOU want. We offer custom designed homes. Initial designs are provided and modifications are injected into the design to meet your preferences. We are supported by a full design and engineering department utilizing CAD (computer aided design)programs. The manufacturers utilized by CMI have been in continuous business for over twenty years. Their reliability, quality and accuracy, places them in an elite class as the most respected modular manufacturers in the country. The men and women who work on your house have been with these firms for an average of fourteen (14) years.
