When they put in my garage windows, they had to add a piece of wood trim (unfinished) at the bottom of the window. Maybe I should have been concerned about this but it was on my garage. When they put in the picture window in my kitchen, again it did not fit properly. They not only added unfinished trim on the bottom of the window on the outside but on the inside, it didn't fit properly on the window sill so I lost part of my window sill (which never happened on any other of my replacement windows) and then he had to go out and get trim to put around the entire window on the inside. I would not recommend these installers to any one.

The sales rep. spent an enormous amount of time with me and helped me greatly with the design of my room. He was very patient with me and listened to what I had to say. He came up with exactly what I wanted....not too big of a room and definitely not too small......just right! At the moment, the workers are approximately half way through with my room and I couldn't be happier. They are doing a fantastic job. They even make sure they clean up before they leave every evening. This room will be everything I dreamed of and MORE! I love it.

Finally got the patio enclosure installed. They did a good job in doing this. The only problem I had was getting their scheduling people to call me back to let me know what is what. Their receptionist Julie was extremely helpful to me during the long delay and kept in touch with me but I could not get the same response from the scheduling person named Becky.

Worker & staff were a big help through out the project.

Custom Patio Rooms (while a bit pricey) did professional work and I am pleased with the results of my deck.

Our salesman was Ron DeLouis. He arrived at our home promptly and was very professional and knowledgable in demonstrating the sunroom. He was very thorough with showing us all aspects of the sunroom enclosure. He did not try to pressure us into closing the deal that evening, his price was very competetive for what appears to be a high quality product. Ron called the owner, Rick Edwards, and allowed me to speak with him. Rick was very sincere and again, did not attempt to pressure me to close the deal that night. I closed the deal that night. Great people to work with and a great product. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
