I am dissatisfied,m I thought I was using a service that was guaranteed.

I had my entire interior walls and trim painted. Erin and her team were extremely accommodating to my needs working around all my furniture without complaint or damage. They were meticulous about the painting as well and I couldnâ t have been happier with the results. I would hire them again.

Itâ  s all in the power, purpose, and pleasure of women to accept ANY challenge. Custom Pro Painting did an amazing job of painting my textured, 12-foot ceiling. They were meticulous and cleaned up very well, and even returned the next day to touch up. I highly recommend Erin and her crew of wonderful women. Continued success and best wishes!

This woman-owned and operated business is really good. They came on schedule and expected to finish the three rooms within the day. i didn't like the color paint I had chosen, so Erin (owner) went out to get a new color of Benjamin Moore paint that I decided would work better. Her two workers took care of all my furniture and belongings and were very pleasant. When I called Erin the next morning to say that there were areas that would need additional paint, Erin sent one of her employees to paint those sections to my satisfaction. All in all, it was a very good experience and all involved did an excellent job. I will hire them again to paint more rooms in my home next fall.

To get a good quality painting job , you need to do a good quality preparation work, Every one knows that, if you are not familiar ...google it. Sooo no prep work was done on my home exterior project, no pressure wash, no patching nails holes, no sanding in the certain areas,  just scraping here and there. They started painting in the first day, the second floor was painted over the old bubbling paint when I confront them ...they said, they did scraped it ...what am I making things up ? Really ? I got on the roof myself and showed them how this needs to be scraped ..... And they called them self professionals ? Sooo... my advise to you , put every little details in the writing,  including the time frame to complete the project . I specifically had a conversation with Erin about the time , i do not want my contractors moved in my properties  finish the job, get paid , i am happy, you are happy. Yes the weather is a big factor for the out door projects , we had a tons of rain , but i did not see them put to much effort to finish it in the sunny days, they were coming for a few hours, running out of paint or other excuses and leave ... Rented the lift to reach the higher spots of the house, broke the lift and let it sit on my side walk for a few days,  until i called her and i asked her to remove it , What kind of organization is this  ? After all this ...finally they left , and still didnt finish the trim on one of  the window , So Faulks ....your project, your choice scraping here and there . Erin answered her phone every time I called her and answered all of my questions and set my mind at ease being this was the first time I had used a painting service. The team was on time and painted Very high ceilings and walls in only three days they were very dedicated and even helped me with my color decisions I would highly recommend them.

Wow! I am so excited with the paint work from Erin and crew. They did a fantastic job with my house, as well as my neighbor's townhouse. I saw the great work they were doing there and hired them immediately to paint my trim and intricate millwork. The 2 houses are quite old and Custom Pro Painting gave them beautiful face lifts. They are professional, courteous, dedicated, and conscientious. Erin is a great business owner who has wonderful communication skills, offers reasonable prices, and delivers a very pleasant experience. She actually painted more (Stairs, railing, window guards) than I had requested, at no fee. I am so pleased with the work, that I am having them back for inside work this winter.

First off, I almost got a $300 fine b/c the contractor did not get permits. The contractor actually started working on my neighbors house before finishing mine; and to be clear, my neighbor learned of this contractor from working on my house. I had to repeatedly point out areas of the house where the old paint was bleeding through, areas that were suppose to be painted that were not, and areas that were supposed to be painted in a different color that were not. One particular area was still not corrected. The contractor became argumentative and dismissive when having these conversations. The contractor brought in a so called family member to do very detailed work that this contractor swore would be done by the contractor personally. The contractor never discussed bringing in this person with me. I learned this family member came from his full-time construction job to work on my house while my contractor worked on my neighbors house in my face. The family member basically slapped paint on these areas and made a complete mess. I was very unhappy with the results and discussed this with the contractor. Needless to say, the contractor presented with an attitude about it and tried to make excuses and convince me that it looked appealing. The contractor eventually corrected this area a bit better. By this point, I was completely frustrated and wanted the contractor to hurry up and leave my home. I felt like a jobsite superintendent, having to check behind my employees. I was promised a professional, clean job but what I got was a very messy, rushed, and unfinished job by a highly inexperienced, seemingly money driven contractor. I was told the job would take about a week to do with all the preparation. My biggest concern was making sure the new paint lasted for a very long time, so I inquired about the preparation process. I was promised a good scrape and clean up job, but of course, I didnt get that! The contractor started painting the house on day 1; which was suppose to be a day of preparation and scraping. I inquired about this and was told, the areas were being scraped but couldnt possibly be scraped clean. I informed the contractor I barely saw any scrapings on the tarp and in our initial discussion, you swore you would scrape all the areas that had loose paint on them. The contractor scraped a little bit more to appease me but still didnt complete the job as promised. The contractor simply painted over the cracked, bubbling paint. To this day, I still have paint spilled all over my stoop, handrail, sidewalk, and street. This was a horrible experience. I felt cheated and taken advantage of. I would not recommend using this contractor at all.

Erin, Randy, Theresa and Eric were great people. The work was done well with attention to detail. You could not hire better painters.

We are moving into our new house on Oct 21. Unfortunately, we hired someone with no references because everyone we had called was unavailable. He didn't show. I called Erin after reading her reviews and she saved the day!!! Her and her crew were in our house within DAYS! And they were done painting the whole interior of the house in TWO days! It looks fantastic!! I can't believe the difference! Great job and absolutely WONDERFUL to work with!!

Erin and her crew were serious workers! It was Erin and another woman whom was awesome as well, pulled the ladders all around the house like it was nothing! They did just what we asked of them. They cleaned up after themselves and kept us apprised of what they were doing. They went above and beyond just painting! They removed all shutters and replaced them. 17 of them. They were fun and happy women everyday! Will have them back in spring!

They are very reliable, showing up on time, they guarantee they have the job completed on time. The quality is excellent, they cleaned up when they finished. Their personality is great, they are very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future.

Erin did excellent work for outside of my garage and the interior painting for one of my properties. They are friendly, nice to with, very neat, and reliable. Hire them and you won't be soory.
