They did a great job, the only negative was they took mush longer to finish the project as projected in the contract. They responded well by discounting my project.

Bathroom Remodel
We got quotes from 4 contractors including Wade's company. Custom Remodeling came in about 1/3 less than the competitors. Sometimes such a significant dollar difference can be a red flag but not in this case. We wanted to increase the size of the shower base footprint and include some other features like a sitting area. The competitors pushed back saying that they couldn't do that or recommend doing that (in reality they did not have the expertise), Wade's company knew what they were doing and could do more cost effectively than anyone else. They were efficient and experienced. They gave us what we were looking for providing suggestions and consultation along the way. The result was a quality job and a beautiful new shower. We are very happy with the results. And, we are very happy with the bang we got with our buck (value for our dollar spent). I would highly recommend Custom Remodeling Concepts to anyone looking to remodel their Master Bath..

Bathroom Remodel
We quoted our master bathroom remodeling with Custom Remodeling Concepts (CRC) and two more remodelers. The difference started there. We got a detailed quote in few hours that beat CRC's competition. But the most important factor in our final decision was Wade professionalism and personality that we trusted since the beginning. His team delivered a quality job. We had minor hiccups, I called Wade and his people was there to fix everything to our satisfaction. We are planning some other projects with CRC

Bathroom Remodel
We requested 3 bids from difference contractors for our 2 bathroom remodel. Wade's bid was the most organized and complete - he gave us our bid in less than 2-hours. Wade was very easy to work with and really wanted our job to be done right. Have to say his crew of Sly and Bud were the best. They did incredible tile work with a very challenging tile design, hand poured a shower pan, installed 2 tubs, installed 2 vanities and 2 wall cabinets, performed all plumbing and electrical work. We've performed many different remodeling projects, and this company was the easiest and most professional to work with. If we asked for changes to the plan, they immediately responded and came up with great suggestions. During the "punchlist" stage they would make any mods we wanted to make sure we were happy with the end results. I would definitely hire this company and this crew again for any project. Lastly, David the office manager was very responsive to setting up our schedules, getting us preferred vendor listing, and following up on our satisfaction with the project.

Wad is super easy to work with- very responsive to phone calls and emails. They offered suggestions for where to find materials at decent prices, and made sure to fit in a (nonurgent) remodel much sooner than we expected. If a problem arose, they addressed it immediately and to our satisfaction. The crew working on the bathroom was great and took time to answer all of our questions and explain things to us so we knew exactly what was going on. Our bathroom looks great!
