TV Wall Mounting
I hired Custom Services to mount a 65 inch TV on the wall at my mother's home. Damon Wright, the contractor who came out to mount the TV, did not mount it properly. I was not there, so I did not see it until I visited my mother. I took pictures and sent to him. He acknowledged that he needed to come back to fix it and agreed that he would return on Tuesday, Oct 25 or Wednesday, Oct 26. He did not show up, nor did he call to inform my mother that he was not coming. When I reached out to him, he said he had been really busy. He rescheduled the service call for Friday, Nov 4. He said he would be there between 10 - 2 pm. Once again, he never showed up, nor did he call. I have tried to contact him several times, but he has not responded. I would not recommend him to anyone as he has proven to be unreliable. **Contractor did come back, apologized and fixed the TV mounting.

They were very professional and knowledgeable when putting my TV over the fireplace. They hooked everything up perfectly, even programmed my remote. I will have them back when I get my home theater installed. It's rare these days to have work done on time and in a friendly manner and reasonably priced. I'm glad I found them.
