Custom Siding Plus

Wonderful sales skills. Required half down on large project. Received 17,000.00 from me. Company began project late July. Worked here and there until Mid Aug and never returned to complete job. My home and yard look horrible because of the debris and incompleted work. Company does not return phone calls and I'm now looking for another contractor to complete the project. "Beware of this company".

My family gave Custom Siding Plus a deposit of 10,874 on July 4,2008. They were supposed to add a 16X24 addition onto our new home (2 bedrooms for our teenage sons) Custom Siding Plus was supposed to start the project on July 28, 2008. They did not show up on Monday, July 28th....they didn't even call us to tell us that they were not starting the project on the date stated on the contract! When we finally contacted this company, my husband and I were told that Custom Siding Plus was waiting for blue prints, plans, materials and permits from the city of Westover. We were under the impression that Custom Siding Plus would have handled blue prints, plans, and permits, the three weeks prior to starting the project, so that when the 28th of July rolled around, everything would be ready to go. Well, I called the city of Westover and in fact, Custom Siding Plus has not even inquired about permits. We have called this company over and over again, we have left messages stating that we are contacting the police...fradulent scheme...still no return phone calls! This "company" cashed our check 4 days (July 8) after we gave it to them, and we haven't seen any materials, work being perfomed...nothing. We can't even get a phone call! Please be aware!
