Mark of Custom Tech was the consummate professional installing our new generator. His workers were professional as well, they showed up on time and contacted me at every step to ensure our satisfaction with the work. He returned when he was supposed to put the final touches on the job. He worked closely with the plumbers and the inspector to ensure the job was finished in accordance with county requirements. Two weeks after he left the, our power went out for about 7 hours and the generator worked perfectly. Thanks so much Mark for an excellent job.
