Stay away from this business. We hired them 1 year ago and the initial 3-4 visits were good, but soon after we would have to remind this company when it was time to come service our home. when it was time for them to come out we would be given a time and date and the times and dates would change do to multiple factors that came up on this companies end. I discontinued services with this company in Oct and was promised a refund since I paid for the services in advance. I am still waiting on a refund and when I tried to reach this company I got no response via phone or text. Worst customer service.

Total scam! Paid $398 for 4 puny traps. Didn’t seal openings, wouldn’t return calls after we got suspicious, never got a service agreement.

Robert was knowledgeable and professional. The price was good and the follow up program is especially generous. Initial treatment is guaranteed for 90 days. If not satisfied he will come back to retreat your house free of charge. Quarterly program is also available with no contracts. Waiting for 3 months to see how the treatment works out before totally recommending this company.

Thorough, professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous... the list goes on. From now on, this will be my go to company for my pest control needs. I have a home bound disabled child. Robert didn’t think twice about accommodating his needs.

What a wonderful experience - I was with another company on a quarterly plan, but after this last treatment (well, last TWO treatments, as they had to come back), I was still seeing those nasty outside roaches in my home. I looked around and went with Custom Termite; from our first conversation Robert listened to my concerns about my home’s hotspots and where I really thought the problem was. He arrived later that week and did a THOROUGH inspection of my house, pointing out issues and what he would do to resolve them. Then he did a thorough treatment, inside and outside. As an added bonus, he found evidence of rodent activity that my last company completely missed! We set up an appointment to take care of it ASAP. And both treatments were very well-priced. Of course, the real proof will be in the coming weeks, but for now, I am super satisfied with the service I received and would recommend.

He responded every time I contacted him. He stayed with the job until it was completed to both of our expectations. His knowledge of the business excelled the average extermination company information and he willingly shared his knowledge. It was apparent that he had spent time studying his field. As a teacher myself, I could tell Robert, the owner, had done his homework. He never rushed through the job just to make a “buck”. That the job was up to his standards was his priority. I give this company 10 stars. Oops. Sorry I can only do five..Highlly recommend.
