We are very pleased with the quality of work performed by Custom Tile Solutions. Tom arrived on time to provide us with an estimate and listened attentively to our ideas, asked all the right questions and offered suggestions for the work we were looking to have done. The demolition phase went smoothly and Tom worked carefully to minimize noise and dust. The project included bathroom floor tile, custom shower basin with seat and shower wall tiles. All work was done to exacting standards and the result was outstanding. Tom completed the job within the time frame he quoted and departed the work site taking all leftover materials with him. We cannot say enough about the entire experience with Tom and we highly recommend his company.

Tom was accommodating, flexible and informative. I work nights so we came up with a plan to do the work that needed to be done that particular day and still allowed me to get some sleep. When Tom was leaving for the day he communicated with us on what exactly he was going to do the next day. Pricing was spot on.

Tom arrived a little early for both appointments. 1st one was to check out the job, needed materials, etc. 2nd one was to do the repair. Unfortunately, the sheetrock under the tiles had gotten wet & deteriorated so that he couldn't complete the job without having to completely rebuild the structure. Gave me an excellent quote for tearout and replacement (tiles extra). Would have gone with him but my landlord brought in her tile man and gave him the job. Tom was personable, professional and quoted very reasonable prices. Have him do your work. You won't be disappointed.

Start to finish the job was done above and beyond as promised. Tom was on time, friendly and professional. We asked for and received a custom tile job for our shower and the workmanship was excellent. He definately takes a lot of pride in his work. A true testament is I will recommend him to friends and family who needs quality tile work done. I will contact him again when we are ready to do the backsplash in our kitchen.

Tom was professional and courteous, great work ethic. We received handfuls of quotes and even decided to put 2 tile jobs off for a full year due to cost. Then we received Tom's quote which was fair and the work was excellent! Tom completed our front entryway and a shower enclosure. It turned out even better than what we hoped for! If we have any future tile jobs we will definitely call Tom back since we trust his work.

Contractor was quick to respond to our needs, efficient and left the work area clean.

Tom installed our kitchen backsplash and bathtub surround and did an excellent job. He was on time each day and is very professional. His tilework is flawless. I would definitely recommend and will call again if I ever need tile installed.
