Professional and courteous service. Custom Touch truly did "custom" work and their attention to detail was outstanding. Particularly appreciated their quick responses to any questions - we were always in "the loop" as far as scheduling, follow-up, etc. We plan on having additioanl work done and will definitely have Custom Touch perform the service.

Not only did Custom Touch meet my expectations but they exceeded them! Derek is a true professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire project even when I made several last miinute changes. He just took it in stride and his entire focus was on ensuring that I was pleased with the final result. I highly recommend his company and will use him again on future projects. We actually needed them to slow up a bit on our basement project - we didnt expect to have to have 2/3 of the project price sooner than expected. This is in no way a bad thing!! after three years & three other contractors, Dthey were awesome & completed our project better than expected considering they were cleaning up other peoples work! Definitely use them again for future projects & recommend them for fast, quality work & the patience to deal with us!

It's a nicely finished project. Next time I will want more detail in the estimate so there are no surprises. They worked every day except Holidays and cleaned up each afternoon before leaving. Project was completed on time.

Derek and Brian did an excellent job finishing our basement early this summer. We were surprised with the short amount of time they took and how promptly they responded to any questions or concerns when we called. They were very friendly, humble people. We interviewed about 10 companies who called, and we were the most pleased with them. They provided that they would still be available to stop by if we found any issues. We were happy with the payment plan they had offered as well.
