Sliding Door - Install

Had things misrepresented to me on several occasions. The wrong size door was ordered, and when I (not the contractor, but myself) found a better door for a lower price than the cheapest door the contractor said was available, the contractor put the door in and then attempted to charge me a few hundred more dollars with expenses that were never talked about in the original contract. When all was said and done, the contractor owed me money (as I paid half up front, but then bought the door myself after finding out they bought the wrong door), and twice was told I would receive the money "that day". It took a month to get my money back.

"CTS takes their reputation very seriously. As we strive to give our clients everything they want and need, we know that sometimes that is not always possible. In this case, the door was ordered correctly, but shipped incorrectly as the order form will show. Then, the homeowner, bought a new door but had no way of getting it home. We, CTS, pick the door up, at no cost. We also bought new trim for the outside, and trim for the inside. None of those items were on the contract, but that is the little extra that we did to make the owner happy. However, in this case, it didn't work. The refund was due to him when the wrong door was credited"

Todd Leedy and the CTS crew were the extreme professionals. We received 5 bids in all for a deck and CTS got the job really based on the professionalism of their bid not just the price. The crew always began on time and finished the job on time.and did a fantastic job all while keeping me in the loop. I certainly would hire CTS for another job and recommend them to anyone.
