This company is a complete liar. Do not pay any penny before your project is done. Because once you paid, you can not find him anymore, they just disappear He wont return any calls, texts, or emails. After 4 months, you will not see any piece paver, leaving you only a mess. The only way to get the money back is to sue him in court. That is what we are doing right now. In October 2022, we signed the contract for all the details. He assured me that all the materials would be in place soon and the project would be completed within two months. They have been here for two days only 4 hours, and after that, you can not find them or contact them. It is been almost five months now, and during that time, I have called them countless times, left a bunch of voice mail and messages emails, and have not received a single reply. Up to now, my backyard is still in ruins. After a long wait, all you got is a mess. You also have to spend a lot of time suing him in court, and this is the only way to get your money back. Once again, this is a complete liar. Do not pay any penny until his project is finished.

I hired them in January 2022. They did not start until April 2022. They charged me $23,368 to do my driveway front patio walkway and around my pool. They ruined one of my gardenia bushes by just walking over it with their wheelbarrow Chuck FARIDES said that he would replace it but has not done so as of today. My driveway is still not paved, the walkway to the backyard is still not paved, the walkway to the front porch is not paved, and the front porch is not paved as well. He did half a job and got full payment. I have tried calling him but his voicemail is always full and his office phone number 321-419-3868 has a full mailbox and cannot accept other messages. I am very disappointed with this. I paid for a full job and only got half of it done. Stupidly paid cash and he has never returned any of my phone calls.

A neighbor had their driveway completed by Chuckâ s team and the work was amazing with meticulous quality and beauty. I had no plans to paver my driveway but once I saw his work It changed my mind. They completed the work on my driveway and the work was just as amazing. They treat the work like artists and show great pride in their quality. Best customer service experience - highly recommend.

Chuck did the most thorough job discussing & quoting the project. He was not the cheapest; however, we firmly believe the adage “You get what you pay fo.” His crew did an AMAZING job! We receive admiring looks & complements regularly. Highly recommend!

Chuck from Custom Tropical just completed a paver sidewalk and patio as well as landscaping in our yard and we couldn't be happier. Accommodating, awesome work, easy to work with. Great quality. Hired for one job, but liked them so much I added another. Highly recommended. Chuck and his men were one of the easiest companies to work with especially with changes. Chuck and his guys redid our pool coping which was a full renovation. We added pavers to a summer kitchen patio which included a walkway to our side yard. We plan on hiring them for another patio in the backyard in the near future. Chucks men do a super job of cleaning up, good workers, anxious to help when needed. Very satisfied customer!

They are awesome, I went with Chucks ideas and it turned out beautiful, I wanted something tropical in my back yard with pavers. The pavers came out super professional and the plants chuck chose were awesome! So happy with their work. My back yard is a paradise now and just love it.

We live in a gated community with 400 doors and approximately 150 driveways all either stamped concrete or pavers which have been in place between 20 and two years old. Chuck and his exceptional crew, without question, produced the best-looking driveway to date. They were on time, on budget, including a few extras, and totally professional. The best part, my wife and neighbors were thrilled with the finished product. Nothing but a first-class operation.

We had a small paver project we wanted to complete. Chuck called us the same day and came out the next day to give us a quote. He was very responsive, professional and reliable. Start to finish took about one week. We are very happy and would highly recommend this company.
