Richard came promptly to see what we needed done. He gave us an estimate and said he could come either Monday or Tuesday. He called on Sunday night to indicate he would be there on Tuesday. We appreciated his timely communication and the fact he arrived at the time he indicated. Did a great job!! No complaints.
