Custom Wood Creation, Inc.

I hired the Custom Wood Creations to build and install custom cabinets and countertop for my Kitchen and master bathroom. The project cost was over $21000. My point of contact was Aaron at the company. Since the installation, there have been numerous problems with the job. I have tried to contact Aaron via email, phone and texts however he has refused to respond. I emailed him a detailed list of the issues. Some of the issues are: The cabinet drawers are not level, The cabinet top/countertop is not level (the back of the lower cabinets has sunk), the soft close cabinet doors do not close softly, the top two bathroom cabinet drawers hit each other if opened together, the plastic stoppers inside the drawers have fallen out..... The above are only some of the problems that are unacceptable for such a project. The customer service has been awful. He and the company have been completely unresponsive. Had I known this I certainly would not have hired this company for my project.

They did a really great job. The project was to match existing cabinets and they match perfect. The entire crew was great. The pricing was also reasonable.

He was on time and cleaned up after himself. He has worked with me for over 5 years and I have nothing bad to say about him. If something needs addressed, he does it on his own.

OMG!!! Aaron is heaven sent!! He did an awesome job on my customized bookshelf in my new home. I rarely do reviews but I do read them religously. However, I had to make it known that, Aaron is the man for any customize wood work done for your home. In fact, he will create my entertainment center and bar. I really like the fact he deliver what he says, prompt, and creative!!

They did the work good.. but they should done a better job in finishing and install. overall I will recommand but make sure they finish and innstall in properly

My cabinets are beautiful! I wish I could attach a picture of them for you to see! Aaron was on time for each and every appointment, respectful and professional. The cabinets for built on schedule and installed on my schedule. He built inset cabinets for me, which I understand are very difficult - some cabinet shops said they couldn't even make them! I would highly recommend Aaron to all of my friends. In fact he will be doing more work for me in the near future.

Aaron did a fantastic job! He built a custom cabinet/counter/door for me that is just perfect, it looks better than I imagined it could, and finished quickly! Thank you so much Aaron, you are the only one I'll ever call for custom work!
