Ice storm in Austin damaged most of the 35 live oaks in my yard. J&J solicited my business to trim my trees and remove debris. They gave me an estimate I considered very reasonable given the scope of the work. They showed up ahead of schedule and thoroughly completed the work. They listened to my concerns, offered suggestions and responded to all my requests. They removed two trees, trimmed damaged limbs and removed all the cut branches. Excellent work at a fair price with great customer service.

Great communication between myself and the company, acceptable quote and timing of service, and quick, safe work with cleanup afterwards.

The workers were timely, professional and did a great job trimming a large oak tree, in addition to a crepe myrtle. I would definitely recommend this company.
