Came in to repair a drawer that was pulled out of thr cabinet. He discovered the poor job of whoever installed it before and pointed it out to me. He fixed the issue and reinforced another drawer to avoid a similar problem in the future.

I had a couple of old whiteboards that were in rough shape around the edges, but I still needed them for work. Mr Hannahs built me a custom piece that took two ratty looking whiteboards and turned them into an office centerpiece. That was the first time he built me a custom piece. I recently hired him to build me a shed and a chicken coop. My shed is sturdy, was built quickly, and he even found reclaimed barn roofing to use as my roof. I love the aesthetic. Hire this man if you want a professional who will listen to you and try his best to make your dream projects a reality.

Kevin was a very organized and dependable contractor. He provided a very thorough estimate with no surprises. He was always on time and was a trustworthy individual. His work area was clean and organized.

Needs to be more dedicated to 1 project at a time and stick to it until it is done. He came to start the project on a Wednesday around 2:30 pm with his helper and left by 5:30. Came back on Thursday morning around 9 by himself no helper and left around 3:30pm cane back around 5 and left at 7 pm. Came back Friday at 9am left by 12 noon. I was not in the state I had had an emergency I had to attend to at last minute. When I came back home I was surprised to see that my back yard was in such disarray. I had let him know about me not being happy about how things were and that we needed to talk. We set a date for us to discuss the matter at hand. He was to come back and finish the project on Thursday of that week. We had agreed that he would be here at 8 in the morning and he was he git here around 8:10am the problem that I had was that I did not go to work that day cause I wanted to be present while he was supposed to be working. Well, he left right around 9 am. Did not say anything about leaving and around 1 pm he text me and said that he was on his way back and that he had a unexpected emergency. I responded to his text with: I understand emergency believe I just had one last week. But if I had known that he was not going to be doing anything all day I could have gone to work. He responded with: I got to your house at 8 and did not leave until 11, well I have security cameras and I sent him a picture of the time that he left. I did not get a response. He got here at 3 and continued to try to continue with the project. By then I was really upset and and he finally saw my text that I had sent him. I went outside to speak to him and well let just say I did not get a pool up this year. He refund me 395.00 back from the 795.00 deposit. As I was going back on the security cameras I was very disappointed there was some electrical wires that he did let my boyfriend know about, but he also broke the pvc pipe and covered that up and did not mentioned that to him. Now that I know that I will have to deal with that before I decide to get the pool up next year. I had to get all the pool stuff out of the boxes that were exposed to the rain and put hopefully everything inside my garage.
