Wes White and his family are above reproach when it comes to excellent contractors if I had five homes that needed new decks he would do everyone of them and I would be extremely satisfied

wow, can't say enough good things about Wes. My project was especially challenging and he was very thoughtful and practical in his approach. He kept me informed and showed me the areas that were the most problematic and yet he was able to create the most beautiful and functional deck. The result was far better than I hoped for.

From the first discussion I had with Wes, I was impressed by his detailed communication and could tell it would reflect in his Company's work. He was straight forward on how he builds, what types of materials he uses, what he recommends for design, and was honest with his pricing quotes. He told me right at the beginning, "I'm not the cheapest, but I build it the best way it can be built". After getting several quotes, I saw he was not the cheapest, but other providers didn't provide me near the detail or confidence in the craftsmanship that was expressed by Customcraft. This deck investment was to be one to change my homes functionality forever, so I decided to not risk and disappointment on getting someone to do a "good" job, but get what I thought was the "best" job. Wes and his kids showed up each day and teamed together to do what he said they'd do. Not skip any corners, not guess on measurements, not skimp on nails/screws/etc but made sure it was solid as a rock. Each day I felt better about my decision as I'd look at the progress and see what I could tell was the difference from a professional carpenter vs a handyman like myself that could do it, but not to this level. The work ethic Wes was teaching his kids was impressive to see as well. He's a tough boss, but that's what it takes to ensure a customer gets what they expect and are paying for. In the end, we both stood back and looked at what I thought was an awesome accomplishment and an amazing addition to my home. They were pleased with what they'd done I believe as well. Wes and kids just picked up their tools, wiped the sweat off their brows, wished me a good day and headed to the next project. I work in a high expectation customer service field and I would personally recommend Customcraft to anyone.

I wish I would ve found them a long time ago so I could ve already been enjoying my deck and had them do other projects I ve had. The quality of work and attention to detail exceeded my expectations and they did it in half the time I expected them to finish. If you want a job done more than right at a fair price then get on their schedule asap!

Wes and his sons and his father not only know what they are doing but don't cut any corners. Their work ethic is the same that built this great country, they show up on time, work hard, always respectful and have a great attitude. Wes did a great job of explaining exactly what was needed to do the job the right way, and explaining the costs. I have been in the construction industry for 25 years and true Craftsman are very hard to find because it not only takes knowledge and training but desire to do it right. If I have another project CustomCraft will be the first call I make!

Customcraft did an outstanding job on constructing our new Deckorators deck. He was professional from day one, explained everything thoroughly, was extremely organized, and maintained good communication during the build. The quality of construction is top notch. Our new deck is very solid/stable, and we're confident it will last for many years to come. If you're looking for the 'cheapest' deck builder, please don't waste his time. Wes and his crew are extremely competent, efficient, detail-oriented, focused, and friendly. They tackled a privacy fence, deck, kitchen door /window project install cut into my brick home. It was really nice dealing with a single contractor vs three. Wes has all the tools and materials ready and on site to get the job done. He educated the homeowner, sharing his experiential best-practices from decades of generational experience. He employs his two sons who have learned the trades and have developed excellent work ethics. Wes is extremely good at explaining the how s and why s behind construction decisions. We met with Wes and his son for an initial consultation where he offered a variety of samples for both composite decking materials and the railing. Wes is very professional and takes pride in his work. Once we set a date to begin construction, it only took a half a day to remove the old deck and two days to construct the new deck. We are delighted with the service, cost, and results. We would highly recommend Customcraft LLC for your decking needs.

Wes did a great job. He is a wealth of information, and he created a stunning, high-quality pergola for me. When things went a little sideways with my concrete contractor, he helped me problem solve how to move forward with the project. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, and love my new pergola. He fully dedicates himself to your project and makes sure you are truly happy with the result before he moves on to the next customer. As a consumer, that business model made feel as though I truly was important. I love that this is a family run business where trade skills, work ethic,and integrity can be passed down to the next generation. Everyone was very polite and courteous. Respectful of property and cleaned up each evening. Wes was willing to listen to design ideas while also providing his insight and expertise to make sure my deck was what I wanted and would be around for a long time.
