Vernon Samson is an extraordinary craftsman. He really knows and cares about his work and we were wow! about the job he did. The carpets are Much cleaner that they were when we bought the house 3 years ago! He is very friendly and pleasant to work with and was very respectful of our furniture and belongings. Customer First was quite reasonably priced, especially given the high quality of their work. We give him our very highest recommendation!!!

Wow, Vernon has the right name for his company, Customer First. I have never had my carpets cleaned so well, for such a reasonable price and by such a pleasant individual. He was on time and with his experience he knew exactly what to do with the carpets, how to treat the customer, conduct business, and manage expectations. Vernon was ANAZING. I have used carpet cleaning services before but this time was head and shoulders above any service I have used. The carpet we had was not cleaned in 3 years but after Vernon came it looked like new. So he is truly gifted. And a very nice guy to boot. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Vernon took the time needed to remove some ink stains on our carpet. I did not expect the stains to come out completely, but somehow he did it! Not only did he do an excellent job overall, but took initiative to clean spots on dining room chairs. I neglected to include a small room I wanted cleaned, and he graciously came back. Truly "customer first"!

We actually hired Vernon to help us after our basement flooded and our carpets were soaked. He was amazing. He prioritized our job over others due to the emergency. He came promptly. He used his awesome equipment to draw out the water. He did what needed to be done to get the water out of tough to reach places, even if it meant his pants got soaking wet. He was kind and gave us a discount - and he let us use his professional dryer for a few extra days. If it weren't for him, I don't think we could have saved our carpets. He's really worth it!!!!

Vernon contacted me right away. His bid was reasonable & he offered discounted rate up front. Very sincere & courteous...wants to please & goes the extra mile. He also ended up doing windows inside & out for reasonable price. Wish I would've known few weeks ago that he did grout cleaning & sealing. The guy I hired for that was expensive & not as easy to work with. Next time it's Vernon for those services.

Vernon did a great job in cleaning the carpets one of the rooms had a lot of black spots and he left the carpet like new. He is very polite and took the time to answer all my questions. He also cleaned one chair that has brown water stains and left it like new. Price is fair I would use his service again and again
