I submitted a rating of a 1 star due to a no show. There was issues with my contact information that prevented them from letting me know that they would be late. They showed up, but we did not hear them. By submitting the rating they were able to contact me and let me know that there had been a mistake. I appreciate the great follow-up. Please remove the negative rating.

I was very happy with this cleaning service. I needed to book a cleaner as soon as possible to get our house ready to move-in. I was able to book them on a Saturday late night. Customer service was great. Prices were on the high end, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend them.

Customized Janitorial was very professional; easy to schedule, easy to work with, and did a fantastic job. They cleaned more areas than expected to get the house ready. Had a house that needed cleaning after the previous people moved out. The house definitely needed scrub down from a greasy kitchen to vomit behind a toilet. Customized Janitorial easily cleaned it without hesitation nor hassle. I recommend using them if you want it clean. I'm keeping their contact information for future needs.

Individual was professional and nice. However, I had asked for a one-time cleaning plus weekly or bi-weekly service. The one-time cleaning was okay but was not a deep clean just a very basic clean. The floor still had dust and piles of dirt when I did a walk-through after she had left. Also, the individual said she would e-mail/call regarding the weekly/bi-weekly cleanings and let me know an available time. I never heard back. Also, she said the following week she would come on Friday to do the areas she did not get during the one-time cleaning and I never heard from her again. For the price, I was not happy.

"Customer was called several times to reschedule, but never responded back to voicemails we left. The service she is referring to not being done was a separate service not ordered but, we offered to do it at no charge the next visit. When we arrived that following Friday no-one was home & we heard nothing since that day."

Efficient scheduling. Cleaning was done well though perhaps not quite as rigorous dusting as we would have liked.
