Shower Installation and Replacement
Supposed to be four or five days did not finish in nine days. Short of materials so some work ot finished properly. Drain for shower does not drain properly. ALWAYS late and did not put in full days work. Spent to much time on phone or off job doing other activities. Always looking for an advance on job. I finally sent him away and had to hore others to finish the job. Would not recommend to anyone . I am very sorry that I hired this person.

These people were efficient, pleasant and did an excellent job of installing a walk-in bath and shower. They were also very pleasant and friendly, a big plus. I have reccommended them to many friends already.

Dealing with this company has been a problem beginning to end. I hired them to install a new tub. Kelly suggested adding shelves and we agreed. I wish I could say that his work was great. Unfortunately, almost 2 months later, my job remains unfinished. He was hours late to the job both days, unprepared and at the end of the second day, left without finishing the surround or the shelves. He was to come back the following week to finish up. He showed up alright, with no materials. That was the last time I saw him. After unkept promises to finish, multiple no shows, outlandish excuses, and unanswered messages, texts and emails, I am done. I�m now left with an unfinished bathroom, crooked shelves, a damaged tile floor and the task of hiring someone to finish what he started and got paid for. Silly me for writing that check at 1:30 in the morning. This is without a doubt the worst experience I�ve ever had with a contractor and sadly, there has been no true effort to make it right.

All sorts of problems with this contractor. Asked for a revised written contract which he failed to provide, The agreed upon price was $3853 plus an unspecified amount to change one 6ft drain pipe. I paid him $3700 prior to completion. He presented me with verbal quote for an additional $1900. I told him that was not my understanding of our agreement. He reduced the bill to an additional $1090 which I reluctantly paid and asked him to leave my property. He failed to close a drain in the tub during installation with the result of flooding on the first floor. Louisiana Licensing Board confirmed he is not listed in its data base.

Quality of work was excellent BUT when he arrived he was waiting on wiring to be finished and he(kelly) decided to go finish another job and did not return for 6 hrs after I had to call him and tell hm to get back here, he started work but left to go to get supplies 3 times and no work was being done in meantime, then left for dinner and did not return for 2 hours after I called and said I was upset with his disposition, they stoped work at 4am next day when I had t get up for work at 7 then I told him he can come back saturday 5/21 to finish and he had a job to do Friday and was not sure he could make it and I told him he has no choice.

Very Professional. Placed "runners" from the door to the bathroom to protect floors. Replaced tub and enclosure, including sheetrock - in and out in less than 5 hours. The quality of Kelly's work is exceptional. I highly recommend him for any bath remodel and would use him again.

I had a new bathtub and acrylic walls installed after tearing out a 26-yr old tub/shower/wall unit. I was very impressed with their work ethic, the quality and quantity of work they fit into one very full day, the unexpected issues that were resolved efficiently, and the quality of the products they installed. Very prompt, detailed and thorough. Did not entertain cutting corners. Cleaned the work area when finished and did not leave until insuring customer satisfaction. Would recommend for future work. Only as a helpful tip, would suggest he use bid/estimate forms as well as proper invoices/receipts.
