Needed garden cleaned out and mulched, (90x41/2 ft.) Yard cleaned and mowed, front corner lot, not the backyard. I expected them to know what needed to be done. And end up wanting to take credit for a job well done. "YARD SIGN!" The Principal came only once, i.e. to assess, share vision and bid. Sent "project mgr", who really didnt have the "visionary plan", wanted me to tell him what to do. However, he was very respectful. In the end, the price was reduced by $300.00. I paid 575.00 cash. Still, not happy with finished product. Would have preferred job well done and paid full price. Apparently, the "principal" didnt want to face the music. So disappointedl

Plants were not watered in and wilted, dying by next day.sent message to owner with pic attached and received no response to make it right . Poor placement of plants in the bed- one right next to water faucet that will cover it up when mature. In property mgt-Will not have them do future landscape jobs. Very disappointed in results.

The young man,Cody I believe was his name, worked quickly, He was respectful and clean. He removed tree branches, a full size patio table with two chairs and planter boxes,single handed. He cleaned up the front area where the leaves made a mess as he was putting them in the truck.The tree limbs were already cut, but I would consider using them again for yard services.

Cutters Landscaping showed up on time and did a professional job ofinstalling the sod and rocks. The quality of their sod was very good. I have three concerns about the job: (1) They promised that they would give me a ;walk-through; at the end; but they left without giving me the promised walk-through. (2) Charlie, the salesman, let me order a whole lot of sod without saying anything about how much water it would take to establish it successfully. Yet when the workers came to install the grass, the first thing they mentioned was that to successfully establish the grass, I had to soak it--at least an hour a day for the first week and a half hour the second week. The installers told me this THREE times to emphasize the point. I wish that Charlie had alerted me about BEFORE I ordered all that grass (but I guess his job is sales, not educating or correcting the ignorance of customers. We now have eight different patches of grass located all around our yard. We have been buying hoses and watering them so much that we cannot take showers or run the dishwasher at the same time! (3) My last concern is that although the order sheet called for half -inch rocks (which I preferred), the rocks delivered were up to 2 to 3 inches in size. Beware the term river rocks.
