The owner was very nice and polite. He came over to move some large junk and dig up about 15 dead bushes the same morning that he contacted me for the first time. His prices were very reasonable. I will probably use him again

He provided some continuity in order to a very disarrayed backyard. It it was sizable but they managed to organize it perfectly and to also implement some of my desires.

Sabaestian and his crew showed up with my grass and rock and did a good job laying out everything. But he did not order enough pallets of grass to finish my yard!!! So this was 6weeks ago!!! I?ve called him several times, no callback!!! I have complained to Home Advisor and he quickly called me saying he would be here the very next morning to complete this job! But he was a NO SHOW AGAIN. Finally text me saying he would come that evening at 6pm and lay out grass the following morning. Then he text me hours later telling me he was charging me an additional $175 to DELIVER this grass!!!!! oh my goodness!!! I can NOT believe this kid!! Sooooo no call no show no grass!!!! Nothing!! Been almost a week. I absolutely give up. Young man, starting up his business, I wanted to help him. I had him working up different quotes for different jobs!!! I just bought 23 acres! I have tons of work! He could have work that could last for weeks. I think he likes to plan large, then never comes through! I am so disappointed in Sebastian and Home Advisor. Did not like the idea of having to pay before the service BUT I DID. I paid on a Thursday and they did not show up until the following Monday. Did a good job once they got there. He did not come back for the last appointment before Thanksgiving, even though I called and reminded him. I contacted him after he missed the appointment, he said he would be there the next day and I have not heard from him since. I have prepaid for the service and want either a refund or the work done.
