The work was completed satisfactorily, owner had trouble with getting his men to work on Saturday, ended up doing the work himself.

All phone calls were returned promptly. Workers showed up on time and completed the job as quoted. They were friendly, polite and very nice. The floors that were sanded look great. I plan on using Cutting Edge very soon for more floors.

We are currently work with Rick and his team and they are fantastic! They do outstanding work, very reliable, honest, clean, and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Selling the job these guys were excellent. Follow through&completion NEED WORK. I found I had to remind them of the orignal agreement which was frustrating. The final product was inferior. After promises of returning to fix the problems we were simply ignored. Staircase edgings were never coated, & the wood flooring finish is splotchy. I believe these are good guys, albeit young & that could be the problem - they know everything! Because their father had the business for so many years they play off of that for experience. Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing & do not pay until u r happy! Not cheap $$$ - too bad.

My experience was great! Rick made sure that I was happy with the work during the process. When choosing the stain he left his opinion out and gave us the facts need to make a decision. He was able to replace a few boards with pieces of fir without having to take them from a closet as other companies who gave us quotes said they would need to do. I am very pleased with the outcome of my floors and highly recommend Cutting Edge to anyone in need of floor refinishing. It was worth every penny, a little extra cost was well worth it.

Our floors were in terrible shape. After the Cutting Edge crew worked on them, they look brand new. I was amazed. I had no idea that the floors could look new again. Rick Frederick was very professional and accomadating.

They arrived on time and began work immediately. They covered the space to provide adequate dust coverage of the other parts of the house. The staining was excellent and I love the color. The three coat finish was done well. After when we spotted a place that was missed they returned immediately and took care of it. All in all they did a very professional job and repaired and replaced all those areas that needed it. They fixed the spot where the stair railing left a hole in the floor well. We are happy with the final results and are enjoying the floors immensely. I would glade recommend them to anyone who wants a professional floor project done.

Extremely professional. Originally looked to have floor refinished, but in the end turned out to be better to totally replace it. Did the work very quickly and a great job. Matter of fact, price and work was so good, hired him to do my kitchen floor next week. :)

Rick worked hard to get my business, and performed better than I could have hoped. He went beyond the call of duty in accomodating the unique nature of sanding and refinishing the hallway floors of a busy apartment building, dealing with some troublesome tenants as well as working after hours to minimize hallway traffic issues. I have already been talking him up all over town, I couldn't have been more impressed!

Rick was very accommodating to our rather rigorous schedule and did fantastic work at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend him.

Cutting edge came in with a competitive price and was able to accommodate a short timeline to complete the work. A couple of corners were not uniformly sanded, but on the whole the refinished floors were a vast improvement upon their original state.

There was a problem with the floors feeling rough after they were finished, because the floors were so old and never had any finish put on them, but I just called Rick and he came back and made my floors look beautiful. He also said that if there were still any rough spots when it dried to just call him and he would come back again. He was very professional and the floors look great. His motto is that he wants to give all his customers "The CUTTING EDGE difference". I would highly recommend him, in fact when we are ready to refinish the other 2 rooms in our house, we will be calling him.

Rick who is the owner of Cutting Edge is very nice, accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I absolutely love my floors! My house is 54 years old and the floors had some paint etc. On them and now they look brand new! I could not be happier. I also priced a couple of places and he was the least expensive without compromising quality.

Rick from cutting edge is the best. We had two very old floors sanded and finished and the result was amazing. Rick took the time to fix broken boards and complete the job extremely professionally

Rick made some mistakes during the refinishing. He was agreeable and corrected the problems after two attempts. I would only reccomend after he increases his crew size. I felt that the mistakes were due to him overextending himself.

Rick did an excellent job refinishing our wood floors. He was professional, diligent and finished our job within the tight time constraints we requested (especially considering it was a holiday weekend)! I would definitely recommend his services to a friend.

Work in general was alright, but attention to detail was a bit lacking. Scheduling was always an issue, and his communication was unsatisfactory.
