I hired Cutting Edge Cleaning to do a one-time deep clean of my studio apartment. The team scheduled to clean my apartment was very kind and did great work; however, they did forget to dust the kitchen cabinets and clean the inside of the oven. Overall, I was satisfied.

I hired this company to do a move out cleaning for a townhome. The home was is pristine condition and kept very clean by tenant during their stay of 6 months. The team cleaned the 3 bedroom townhome in Kearney and charged my credit card for more than $900 for a move out cleaning that they supposedly spent 16 hours of time. I emailed their office, called their office, emailed twice more over the next 2 1/2 months before I got the response that is what is was $900 plus. This is double what I pay in Lincoln for a townhome move out cleaning. I am very disappointed in this service.

I have had them cleaning my home for well over a year. I am not able to get around like I use to they go above and beyond to clean for me. My little dog sheds badly and they vacuum my love seat every time they come, plus her dog bed. They are always on time an do a great job for me in my 3 bedroom home.

When hiring this company for a pre-move-in cleaning, I was asked where they should focus and ensured they would do a quality cleaning. I asked that the walls be wiped down and the bathroom and oven be paid attention too. After charging me $550 for a one-bedroom, one-bath house with nothing it in, I was left with a dirty house. The bathtub still had soap and hair in it, no walls were wiped, the oven was dirty and broken, and cobwebs were in every corner. When I sent the company pictures of the still dirty house, they admitted to their mistake and sent a second crew days later to clean. One lady cleaned the kitchen very well, while the supervisor sat on her phone and left the bathroom still dirty. A third boy cleaned the living room walls well but nowhere else and cobwebs were left again. Now as I try to contact the company about these problems, they are dodging my calls and emails and when I showed up in person they said the manager/owner was not in. I would not use this company if you want a clean house.

1 out of 3 Of the staff members they sent was actually qualified to do the job.. One of the **professionals** sent to my home was a 14 year old boy. The 2nd young girl was unqualified. So much so that she did not even pick up the bathmat on the floor when she mopped, did not wipe between the double sinks on the counter top, nor the bottom of the toilet. The things she did do had to be gone over again. She did not even do the things that I specifically asked her to do. The list goes on and on. I called the following morning and made a complaint before I was billed, so you could imagine my surprise when...

Cutting Edge drove from Kearney to our church in Grand Island. They were on time, and very personal. They worked hard to clean the 500 worship center chairs! These chairs get a great use out of them every single week. They needed a good cleaning. Cutting Edge worked quick and efficiently! We needed service done quickly and were very accommodating and they are very responsive. They also followed up after service to insure everything was done to our liking.

Attention to timing, they are like clock work, 8 am on the first of the month. This works great for us since we have to deal with customers.
