"We were asked to cut bi-weekly. With the wet weather we did our best to stay on schedule. When we came the 3rd time the grass was already cut, no phone call to let us know."
"The job was to cut grass due to length and customer not being able to with her mower, pull weeds, lay mulch. The grass was cut to 3", and edged, which was never done. All beds were also edged, weeds pulled and mulch applied. There was never talk of preen as we don't use it. We did tell her we would return to remove the tree which we did. At completion she was very impressed as stated in her voice mail. There was no comment on grass which was cut on a Saturday as the mulch was done on a Wednesday."
