Cutting Edge Pools LLC

I previously gave a 5 star review but have since had issues that remain unresolved. Everything I said in my previous review was and is true but the concrete work around the pool was not done properly by the contractor hired by Cutting Edge Pools and while Ronnie said he would â see what he could doâ , he has stopped responding to my calls and text messages. I am also waiting on word about a new liner since there was a hole in mine that Ronnie said should be covered by warranty. Customer service after the build has been extremely disappointing and I do not believe I got my moneyâ s worth on this project.

Great company!! Everything was explained and each step of the project was detailed exactly like they said it would be. Very professional and the workmanship was excellent!! I highly recommend them!! They showed up every time they said they would and finished the pool quickly.

Ronnie did what he said he would do. He was here early each morning and worked late into the afternoon. He was excellent at communicating to let us know what to expect from him and delivered everything that was promised. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves daily as well so there was no mess to dispose of at the end of the project.Ronnie also explained in detail how To care for the pool and came back to help us shut it down for the season. I highly recommend cutting edge pools.
