I hired them to come and mow the lawn of my father's property on 8/31. I do not live in the area, and simply asked that they confirm via email or phone that the job had been done. I've not heard back from them at all.

After I approved the estimate, I wanted to go ahead and schedule the job. It was relatively difficult to do that. Currently they are using a software program that doesn't seem to work very well. Once I was able to make voice contact and find out when they could come the hard part was over. The work itself was fine. They are courteous and thorough, and I would use them again.

"We are very sorry that you had to deal with your snowblower engine not starting up as you planned. It is understandable that you might not be completely satisfied with a 9' blade on a commercial plow that arrived less than an hour after booking on one of the busiest plowing days this season. For smaller driveways walk behind snow blowers leave a much cleaner driveway than our plow trucks can achieve. We are not in the business of competing with a homeowner that is happy to spend 2 hours cleaning up 4 parking spots. We are about maintaining a realistic balance of quality and efficiency that optimizes pricing for our appreciative client base."

I found Cutting Edge through your Home Advisor service and I received a call shortly after I sent an email. They came out and cleaned up someone else's work for me which was very kind. Another service had mowed my lawn and left a terrible mess. Pete was very personable and they did a great job. Their prices are very reasonable and they work very efficiently. I have been running businesses for a long time and I appreciate finding people to work with that love what they do and care about the results that they get. I have hired them to take care of my 2 acre property and to do my snowplowing. I highly recommend them.

I was contacted quickly, after I filled the info on-line. The job was done the same day, while I was at work. I called to thank him (Pete) and he was courteous and not pushy. We were able to set up a schedule that worked for me. Very happy with this whole transaction.
