Cutting-Edge replaced my heating and air conditioning systems. One of the best contractors we have ever hired. They have competitive pricing, quality work, very neat and clean, and most importantly they started and finished on time. When the work was completed they walked me through my new systems and showed me how to register the equipment and rebates. I highly recommend their services.

We ran into some snags with the property because itâ s a condo. That did not get in the way, Jason took care of it right away and the job went smoothly. He installed a new high efficiency unit and arranged a rebate through Mass Save so it was a good price. Iâ ll definitely call him to do the AC part when that decides to retire!

Installation itself went fine. But they removed my washing-machine drainage hose from the basin (in order to to insert, right above it, the PVC intake and exhaust pipes outside of the basement/house.) That is fine, but they did not put it back! A few days later, half the basement flooded when I did a wash. Since he was returning next week to do some duct work, I cleaned it up and waited until then to bring it up and show him what happened. (He seemed like a reasonable guy.) At 6:30AM, an hour before coming, he texted me wanting 50% more money. He did not realize the materials and labor it was going to take to do the work. No explanation, let alone a phone call to walk me through why. What an opportunist. (Obviously, I said no.) Turns out most of the work was not even necessary. I am young (26yo), but not stupid.

A lot of demoing and cleaning had been done in your home during and before we arrived. I was not even made aware of this until two weeks later when I provided you the updated costs of the duct work. I provided you with a verbal rough estimate of the additional ductwork that you requested. When I was at the supply house that morning I communicated with you about the cost of materials. I was not dishonest or opportunist. I?m sorry you feel this way and I wish you the best."

Jason fit me into his schedule and came when he said he would. He and Jose were efficient and clean. They were unable to finish the job the day they came due to weather, however Jason came back the very next day first thing and complete the job. He took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed to complete my warranties for my new AC system. I would highly recommend Jason and hire him again. Linda

excellent company to do business with my wife and I recently bought a mobile home with central air which we never had before Jason came over told me all about the unit and gave it a good cleaning very friendly with reasonable rates also arrived on time with scheduled appointment I do have an older unit so when time comes for replacement I will not hesitate to call them

Once it was apparent to me that I required the services of a professional, contact with Jason was made. He was cordial over the phone and was able to fit me in to his existing schedule, only a few hours after the initial phone call. That's an example of exceptional customer service. While on that initial phone call, Jason was very clear and concise regarding charges which was refreshing to me. Upon arrival to my home, Jason continued to exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude. While he was completing the service, Jason explained to me and showed me everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. Those actions made me feel extremely comfortable with the work provided and provided me additional knowledge. That knowledge will aid me in completing maintenence which will extend the life of my existing equipment. I would have zero reservations with recommending Cutting Edge to anyone who wants the job done correctly.

I had a problem with my mini splits and called for service. Jason came out took a look new what the problem was ordered the parts came back and fixed them. He was very professional and I highly recommend him.
