The people who showed up were clearly all on something, and they went to lunch and never returned. Took my money and did not finish the job.

Time is not his strong point, he said he would be there tomorrow morning. He showed up at 5:00 pm. Lol. Charged $65 to haul away fridge. $75 if I paid in form of a check. response to text better than call?

They called me back and got the information about the job ,told me when they could look at it . They came when they said they would, gave me an estimate, and they came back that afternoon and did the work. They were courteous and carefully with the property. I couldn't be happier with them!!

The company was great. The guys who came did additional work like cutting the branches off a few plants just to get the deck and front porch to clean better at no extra charge. The work was thorough. They even came the next day to clean the front porch better as they had ran out of solution. Really happy to work with them.

Christian was extremely helpful and courteous from the time I called him until the haul out of some items I had no idea of how to get rid of. Initially I contracted him to remove one item, but when he and his partner arrived I asked about additional items. Without hesitating and with minor cost adjustment everything was loaded and gone in 15 minutes. He advised me of the various services they provide and I would highly recommend them. These are the valuable services for senior citizens.

They took care of our home while moving out some bulky items, didn t nick the walls or muddy the floors and removed their shoes before entering

Considering the circumstances in which I found myself needing old furniture hauled away in a short period of time, Cuttin' it Close did a great job. Negotiated a price over the phone with Christian and a time frame to complete. He stood by the price and completed the work within 24 hours. Will use them again.

They are very expensive. The first time they came to pick up things from garage, they had a half full trailer from previous job. They charged me by weight 275 for about 8 garbage bags of damaged clothes. They ran out of room and had to come back 3 days later picked up 2 couches, 1 recliner, 2 mattresses a few other boxes an bags of damaged clothes from the basement. Also 4 tiers costing approximately 372.00 by weight. I should have checked other junk haulers for estimates verses weight. Expensive lesson learned...
