One Time Interior House Cleaning
I hired Cy-Fair House Cleaning for what was supposed to be a professional deep clean before moving into our home, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
I had to repeatedly walk through the house and point out areas that were either missed completely or cleaned poorly. There were still hairs and stains left in showers, items left inside drawers, dust and debris in multiple places, and several things had to be redone after I personally inspected the work. It never felt like the house received the level of attention you expect from a paid ?deep clean.?
What also surprised me was that one of the workers brought a newborn baby to the cleaning job. I understand people have personal situations, but as a customer paying for a professional service, that did not feel appropriate or professional at all.
By the end, it felt less like I hired experienced cleaners and more like I was supervising the entire process myself. The quality control simply was not there.

Range & Hood Cleaning Service
I initially hired a pest control company to remove two birds from my kitchen hood, and afterward I needed professionals to disassemble and disinfect the hood. That’s when I found Michael J Handy Services & Cy-Fair Cleaning Services to work together on this project. Once they removed the hood, they discovered two additional dead birds that the pest control company had missed. I felt terrible, as I believed everything had already been taken care of. However, Michael J and Christie handled the situation with complete professionalism. They removed the remaining birds and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the entire area. On top of that, they even provided a recommendation for a more reliable pest control company for future needs. I really appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommend their services!

She did such an amazing job! The whole place felt so clean and refreshed afterward, like everything just sparkled in the best way. You can really tell she cares about what she?s doing and takes her time to make sure everything looks right.
She?s also super sweet and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience really comfortable. It honestly took a lot of stress off my plate.
I?d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable who does a really beautiful job. I?ll for sure be booking again! ?

One Time Interior House Cleaning
First, I'd like to say that it was very easy to navigate their website and book my own appointment. It was very last minute when we started to look and to find someone available the next day is hard to find. They had everything they needed and showed up early too. Hired them for a move out and I'm definitely hiring them to spruce up my move in to my new place., since we're not moving far.

She’s been doing a great job cleaning for us. Super reliable, shows up on time, and you can tell she actually cares about doing things right instead of just rushing through.
