Cyclone initially helped me access the current roof condition after purchasing an older home; other home owners had reported problems with improperly installed flashing and missing roof liner. The previous homeowner also had a leak repair done a few years back and I wanted to ensure we were okay. Kirk found that the flashing and lining was in place, however, the he recommneded building up the roof in one small area to improve snowmelt/water run off and avoid future problems. The evaluation was honest, the fee was minimal, and the work was performed quickly. Kirk is very courteous and professional as well.

He came out in about 2 hrs after I called. We THINK we found the leak in the roof, of course it's been dry since. But hopefully problem solved. Reasonable rate too.
