Storm Windows Installation or Replacement
Overall experience was good...provided a deposit and was told that the installation would be in four - eight week after the material came in...installation took place around 11-12 weeks... MAKE SURE CONTRACTOR OBTAINS BUILDING PERMIT!!! THEY NEVER GOT ONE FOR MY UNIT!!! MAKE SURE CONTRACTOPR REMOVES ALL DEBRIS FROM JOB SITE...THEY DUMPED BROKEN GLASS IN THE COMMUNITY DUPSTER!!!

Storm Windows Installation or Replacement
Nice people...fair price...installation was good...two problems...estimated lead time from factory was quoted as 6-8 weeks...I provided a 50% deposit on 9/17/08 and install was done on 12/23/08...so it took 13 weeks to install from date of signing...second problem, installers disposed of broken glass (construction debris) in community dumpster dedicated for household trash,,,contractor should have removed all construction debris from site...also advised contractor that a permit was necessary at signing and again when he scheduled the install...installers showed up with no permit...
