David, the owner of the company called me within minutes of my inquiry. I discussed with him the exact repair that was required and he priced it out immediately with a price that I could not refuse. We discussed the timing of the work and I mentioned that there was snow on the roof which did not deter him from performing the repair. He set a date to complete the repair and he promptly arrived at the house. Prior to Cypress performing the work, I called 4 contractors and no one could match his price. I will use Cypress in the future and will refer the business to my neighbors.

Exterior Trim Repair
During a routine cleaning of my dryer vent, the plastic housing began to crumble. Replacing the vent required removing portions of the siding and trim around it, which was outside my comfort zone. I was browsing home advisor on a Sunday night and was matched with Dave Grimes of Cypress Contracting. Monday morning I received a call saying he was in the area doing another job and could stop by afterwards. I am very satisfied with Dave's work replacing my vent and will definitely contact him again in the future when I need more work done. This was a great experience and I enthusiastically recommend him to others.

Wow! Dave came out today and repaired my fascia trim on my home and I must say, he was the best contractor I've ever experienced. This is the second home I built, and had horrible experiences with other contractors; but Dave was on time, courteous, professional, and has a great and friendly personality. I invited him back to perform other projects and will spread the word to my neighbors and friends about his excellent work. Thanks Dave !

Dave replaced my shutter and trim on outside of house. He repaired baseboard, the door on my desk and a couple of other repairs in the house. Dave does quality work and is reasonable. I would recommend Dave and will use him in the future.

Dave called me back on Saturday, had work finished by the time I returned home from work on Monday. Unlike many of the contractors I have experienced, he seems to want the business even if it is not a huge project. Had him replace trim around front door and he beat other estimate I received by quite a bit. would use him again in a heart beat.
