Frenchie quoted me one price by phone, and billed a higher price at time of service; he accepted the original quote when I didn't want to pay the higher price. When he proposed a day, he did not offer a specific time until I requested one. The shower head he brought to replace my broken one was excellent quality and will make showering nicer in the future.
