"Too much? We charged you exactly What we said we would charge you over the phone before you made the appointment....$75 to come out which includes the diagnosis. That it. Just the trip fee! You had a gas leak and a spark module. Our tech advised you to not pay us money to repair but rather to buy a new one. That's called honesty and integrity. This is such an illegitimate review."
"I have not quoted online or over the phone in 8 years due to a rule of thumb that I learned my first year in business 9 years ago; It is impossible quote you when I do not know what is wrong. Guessing could lead to misleading you or me resulting in a review like this. I never quoted you. My script for the last 8 years has been always ?I charge $x.xx to come out and properly diagnose and accurately quote on the job.?"
"Never serviced this customer."
"Thank you Matt!!"
"Your concern of me jamming the parts back in is lame. Your ice maker Is working and you're upset because I'm so good at my profession that it took me less than 10 min to diagnose and replace the part properly and correctly the first time I was out. Didn't even have to order a part and schedule a return trip. BOOM! DAY 1 AND DONE!"
"Thank you Julie!"
