We now have one outside line. He told what we needed to do to complete the project, so we could get the other phones up and running. He later called and said that he would come back when he was in the area. I haven't heard from him.

Very knowledgable and professional in his work. We are happy with the system he designed and the recommendations for components. We gave him additional work to help put together an office work environment and still upgrade and utilize many of the current components we had, saving us from having to go out and purchase all new equipment.
