The work took longer than I thought but was well done. The customer service experience was not as professional.

DAB Electronics worked very hard to get to our house to do the repair as quickly as possible. He did a great job of communicating and keeping me aprised of his arrival time.

I was very happy with Darren (the owner of DAB) when I hired him to de-mount a smaller TV from my living room, replace it with a larger TV, and then mount the smaller TV in my bedroom. This seems like a very simple job, but it ended up taking six hours. I was pleasantly surprised that Darren, along with his son and apprentice, Darren Jr, were willing to come to my condo at 7 PM and work until past midnight to finish the job, and didn't ask me for any more than the $205 that he had originally quoted me (which was half as much as the other quotes I got). I would highly recommend DAB.

He did everything we asked. He was very prompt and we will recommed him.

This provider is amazing. He did all the work and offered to cut some cables that he didn't need to see if I can use the antenna next to the wall. He helped me with configuring and positioning and stayed until everything was well organized. For mounting a TV don't think about hiring anybody else.

The mounting of the TV was fine but he was supposed to conceal the cords and did not bring the molding to do it. He stated that he will be back.

DAB contacted me within minutes of my submitting the Servicemagic request and set up an appointment for the next day. Darrel and his assistant showed up on the early side of the time window I was given, a Friday evening appointment which was extremely convenient, and most importantly the mounted TV looks great! The job looks fantastic & professional with no unsightly wires hanging down. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received, will definitely contact DAB for future jobs and can highly recommend them!

The personnel at DAB Electronics were knowledge and courteous. They called the say they were running behind schedule for our appointment and gave an approximate start time. They called again to say there were on their way. When they showed up, they verified what I wanted done and did it. Simple and easy. I would definitely give them my business again and recommend their services.

Darren came out to my Cambridge office to install a TV on the wall. He was great! I'd done some research about how much this sort of thing costs and some other companies were charging $350++ for a basic mounting. He did it for less than half. He was thorough and appreciated that he squeezed me into his schedule on such short notice.

Darren and his helper did an excellent job of mounting my flat screen TV on the wall. Darren was a little late and called to let me know. One problem, which might not bother others: he is a smoker and his clothes smelled of smoke.

There's a saying ..."if you ever find a good contractor, treat them like gold whenever you use them"... Well these guys you would and should treat like platinum!!!!! Amazing customer service. Quality of work outstanding, Cleaned up completely , after them selves. Extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, I would never go to anyone else.
