Would hire them again

The roof repair was done the day after the estimate. Very professional and left everything neat. Pictures of repair in progress were supplied. Haven't had a heavy rain yet, but I feel my roof leak problem is over. Will update my review if anything changes.

Working with DAC Roofing was a good experience from getting a quote to tearing out old and installing a new roof as well as two solar attic vents. Initial contact was with Faith at the office who kept me abreast of when Trevor (supervisor) would come out for quote, getting work scheduled ahead of originally stated time frame as well as all documentation. I did have a couple contractors come out and they did an eyeball quote whereas Trevor drew the roof and all dimensions. A written quote was provided to include new attic fans and in areas where I did not understand, explained fully. We felt DAC's quote was quite reasonable, especially compared to other quotes received. With a hurricane looming in our area, Doug (owner) was in contact with me and assigned a team that came out and did the entire job in one day minus the attic vents. Those took some extra time due to hurricane and transportation issues. Team placed tarps over shrubs and a mobile dumpster in driveway for old materials. Once completed, tarps picked up, about four-five inspections made for debris and nails. Trevor would come by afterwards and checked the area again for nails and ensured area awaiting attic fans were completely covered and weather resistant. He would later put in vents and also painted PVC vents a similar color to our shingles. We would gladly recommend DAC roofing again.

The company was very accommodating fitting us in when their work schedule was already full. Prompt evaluation and worked quickly to repair the damage on our roof before a big storm came through.

Got a new roof and replaced damaged decking in two days. They did a great job. On the cleanup they used a rolling magnet on the yard 3 times. The owner showed up on day three and checked over all the work and used the magnet 2 more times.

They answer my call right away and the next day they were at my house fixing the problem with the roof. Their customer service and work ethic is great. Thanks for the great job.

They arrived the same day I contacted them. Did more than I expected and more than they contracted for at no additional cost. If you need your roof repaired these are the folks to call.

Mr. Doug was super, friendly, considerate, and professional. The work was done as he stated it would be, clean up was suburb! The roofers worked well into the dark hours, were friendly and did a great job. This was by far a wonderful experience and I would hire D.A.C. again without a moments hesitation.
