I was very unhappy with work and they do not return your calls when they say they will. Called to let them know was unhappy told me they would come back out not heard from then in over a week and half and the price they charge to clean is outrageous

Deven Shore, DNA Carpet Cleaning, was very knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. We were very pleased with the cleaning of our area rugs, and his price was fair. We will certainly use him again for our carpet cleaning. Definitely a 5 star rating.

He's obviously very dedicated to his business, very courteous with his replies, kept me up-to-date on his arrival time for the bid and didn't waste his time or mine in getting the job done after he was hired. It was a fine decision to have Deven do the work. Five stars indeed.

I was extremely happy with the way my kitchen porcelain tile floor looked when Devan finished cleaning the grout. It looked like a newly laid floor! If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! They are definitely worth the money. There were a few places where the grout was badly stained and needed a touch up but I called him 2 days later in the morning & he came right out that very morning & took care of it. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and customer service! I would definitely recommend this company and would certainly use them again myself!

worked exceedingly hard to clean the grout. turned into a stripping job more than grout cleaning. tried 3 or 4 different products to try and get good results.
