Like many of the other reviews Dominik likes to ?cut and run?. He was hired and when I refused to give him final payment as the job was only half complete, he decided to dump a 25-YD-dumpster-worth of debris on my driveway. He also threatened me with a lawyer if I did not pay him an extra $3000 to not be reported for: 1. Not pulling a permit - which he should have pulled 2. Not disclosing that there was mold in the attic - problem is, Dominik, that you cannot disclose what you don?t know about I didn?t pay. So then he reported ME to the city for not pulling a permit and I ended up with a hefty fine. He is an absolute crook. DO NOT HIRE DOMINIK MIKA. Do NOT hire this company. They will take your money and never do the job. I hired them and gave them a deposit and they never started and stole our deposit.

The owner of the company was very nice at the start but did not get proper permits, then tore down structures anyway, leaving all the debris on the property. He never got back to complete the job and does not respond to texts or calls. took our money and disappeared. Do not use this company.

I had an old building on dome property I purchased, I decided to have it demolished and this happened to be the company I choose to do this project. The owner is a delight to work with and he got this project done and completed in a very timely manner, i look forward to working with him again in the future
