They were on time which is a big deal to us! They quoted the job and it was very close to what we expected it to be. They gave us a timeline and met it. The driveway repairs coating/sealing is perfect. Painting and installation work was as good as it gets. We have their number in file and we’ll be using them again. Great job!!!

And siding repairs , they did a great job!! They were very carefull they left everything spotless after they were done , they know what they are doing , they dont care just about the money. Pat who i dealt with was very professional and was always on the job everyday. prices were reasonable .

They replaced my siding and although it looks great the problem is they removed the venting that was in some of the boards. We couldn't figure out why my house got so hot and just figured it was the weather but what it really was is those vents are designed to let the house breathe and now I have mold and mildew and my house is incredibly hot upstairs. My house can no longer breathe because they didn't take the time to cut the holes and put the air vents back in the siding. They knew what they were doing when they took it off and said they weren't needed, but they must have known or should have known those were necessary and the people that came out just didn't want to take the time to drill a hole and put the vents back in. Now I have problems and I've reached out to have them fix it and I haven't heard back. They are ignoring my messages.

"Its unfortunate that information can be posted automatically without first verifying it?s accuracy.customer purchased hardie board siding and we did the installation according to code. customer is claiming that we didnt drill some holes. on Hardie siding board. Drilling holes compromises the weather barrier because it voids the manufacturers warranty and it traps water between the siding and the water barrier.We know what we do, we are professionals and we always respond to our customers."

The contractor showed up the first day to take money from me, then returned the next day to start the job and asked for more money. He didn't do the job at all, only showed up to ask for money and explained me what the sequence of the job would be. I did not get anything of the money I paid him

"l spoke with the consumer. This job was completed 6 months ago. She has a receipt for the work that has been done We verbally went over each account of money given and received which she concurred with and all the work was done and there was no additional work that was discussed Customer claim she gave us an additional $600 which we did not receive. ln addition I asked her to produce a receipt for the money. She could not provide it, as we did not receive the money Her response was," Well l am missing 600.00 and l know l gave it to you" We never received the money and the contract work was completed, and paid for per the contract. No additional money."

EDIT to original review: After 3 months my paint started to peel due to old water damage. I called and Pat came out promptly, but was not happy that I expected they should know how to have prepped the area differently. LONG and SHORT is he said he would be out that Friday, Friday has never come and now it is 4 months later he refused to answer any calls or text. I was happy initially now I am annoyed that when it peeled He did not stand by his word. I have been ready to do the work and told him to send me copies of bills. Never did and just left me hanging. NOT COOL. I will stand by my initial review if he fixes it. they were excellent originally I just would like a response now. I would not hire Pat at D&A repairs again at this time unless he stands by his word and fixes his mistake They were there on time fixed everything and extras added on. Reasonable price. Hard working, I am very happy initially. Not now
