Dean was very helpful from the moment we started this project. We recently moved into the house and all the floors needed to be replaced. He worked diligently with his crew and has great attention to detail. Working with other contractors, I appreciate that when Dean says he is going to show up at a certain time that he is always on time. Very courteous and quite a professional.

We have nothing but good things to say about Dean, Landon and John. They gave a prompt estimate, and once they began the job, they worked steadily until it was done. They will find every squeak and fix it before laying down the flooring. They take care to leave as few seams as possible (we had zero seams over a 1600 sqft area). These men were very polite, took time to answer with knowledge and experience every question we had regarding the flooring. Before they began, we were walked through the process, daily goals, and had a walkthrough each day before they went home. Because there was no place to move all our furniture during the flooring process, the guys were very kind to work with us juggling rooms around while they put down our flooring. After they finished the job, they cleaned up after themselves.

The guys showed up when they said they would and had my job completed in a timely and professional manner. They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them to anyone for flooring installation. I had a laminate floor they laid and included in that was undercutting my stone fireplace to make it look like it should. Great work

He throws temper tantrums and treats his customers unprofessionally. He talks much more than he works. If it weren't for his crew, nothing would get done in a timely manner. He is condescending to women who ask too many questions or who question his process. He tries to befriend you so that you give him a good review, at least that is what it feels like. He does good work when he works. I never had an issue with the quality of work. I had issues with him leaving his workspace a complete mess, never having his own trash bags or rags to clean up messes on floors or walls. He has to be reminded consistently to put down paper or plastic to keep the homeowners house clean. He walks all over the house with his shoes on, even on the bathroom mats. He does not mind how long the homeowner has to go without their toilets or sink when he is doing a bathroom remodel. He does things on his timeline, not what he originally promised or on the homeowners timeline. He is absolutely unprofessional. When you ask him a question, he sings show tunes or radio songs or quotes from a movie, thinking he is being cute and pleasant. But, when you want most in the world is for the work to be done without all of that and in a timely manner, he will not do that. He puts off what he can do today to another day, just extending the time he is working on your house. The cheapness of his work is not worth the headache he put us through. We would not hire him again.

What a great find. Dean and his crew were total professionals. They were very easy to work with. It s nice to find someone today that really goes that extra mile for the customer.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Dean was quick to respond to inquires, showed up on time and ready to work, he always kept me informed on how things were going, extremely easy to work with. The floors turned out amazing which wasn't easy as my floor was extremely unlevel when he started, but now you'd never know. Would hire again.

I had new wood flooring installed and carpet removed. Expect a lot of dust. The installation looks great and installers are very nice to work.
