"We are sorry you feel this way Bernadette it is a little odd that after telling us we did a great job that this is being posted... we never received phone calls and had just talked to you the other day about returning when your materials came in .. we are still in contact the moulding for your floor still has not come in... also painting was not a part of the original job because you did not like the price given... we expressed to you that we will be back when the pieces come in and they have not yet... this is why I told you to hold onto more than 10% of the project money that way you knew we would be back to finish... I will reach out to you again."
