I was completely satisfied with the great work that Dave did to redo and fix my small asphalt roof over my back door. Dave was a hard worker, friendly to talk to and cleaned up after the work was done. I would refer Dave to anyone no matter how big or small the job is. You wonâ t be disappointed.

Finally! A prompt, reliable, courteous and competent contractor. I had a small leak in my roof where my porch roof met my garage roof. I called a couple of other contractors who never responded back to me. The next day, Dave called me as Angie s List alerted him that I was in need of a contractor. He showed up the next day to give me an idea of what was wrong and he came by the following day to install some flashing, replace some shingles and caulk that had eroded and seal some seams. He also fixed my door s deadbolt as it wasn t engaging correctly. Dave ensured me that the leak had been fixed properly and told me that if the leak persisted he would come back again and fix it for free. To date it has rained five or six times and the problem is indeed repaired properly. Dave is an excellent contractor, a good communicator, and reasonable with his prices. I will hire him again should I need a contractor and I will know I m getting good work at a good price. Keep it up Dave. If you continue with these things you should have a bright and prosperous future.

Dave Coldren showed up when he said he would and even though we had a relatively small repair job he treated us as if we were having a huge addition put onto our house. He was very concerned that everything was done right the first time and he wouldn’t leave until he was sure that we were happy. I’d hire him and his team again in a heartbeat.

I hired them to fix a leak in my windows and when they got done they assured me that they would not leak again. They did leak again and I called them back and again they it was fixed. I called them back a third time and they said it was not because of there workmanship and they told me that I needed 2 new windows that would cost $500& another $300 labor I talked to another contractor and he said that was nothing wrong with windows

Dave was a pleasure to work with. I hired him to replace the vinyl siding and he completed it in a timely manner and ensured there was no mess left behind. I would highly recommend him for services or hire him again for any other projects i needed.
